General Maintenance Rates

  • The First Hour: £80

  • Each Additional Hour: £50

Larger Projects & Bespoke Work

For jobs that require specific materials, multiple days, or a team, an hourly rate isn’t always the most cost-effective for you.

In these cases, we can provide a free, fixed-price quotation. We’ll visit your property, assess the scope of work, and provide a detailed breakdown of costs so you can budget with 100% confidence.
